Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2026

These terms apply when you buy or use FORGE — The Complete Body Blueprint (the “Guide”) from FitnessForge (“we”, “us”) on this website. Please read them before buying. By ticking the agreement box at checkout and completing payment, you accept them.

1. Who we are

FitnessForge, India. Email: [email protected]. Grievance Officer: FitnessForge ([email protected]).

2. The product

The Guide is a digital e-book in PDF format (73 pages) covering exercise, training programs and nutrition. It is not a physical product, a subscription, coaching, or a personalised plan. Main features and sample pages are shown on our homepage before you buy. It opens in any standard PDF reader on phones, tablets and computers.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to buy the Guide.

4. Price and payment

5. Delivery

The Guide is delivered electronically and immediately after successful payment: you are taken to a private download page, and the link is also emailed to you. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

6. Immediate access and your right to cancel

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country that gives consumers a cooling-off period for online purchases, you would normally have 14 days to cancel. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you agreed to this in advance.

At checkout we therefore ask you to confirm, by ticking a box, that you want immediate access to the Guide and you understand that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. Because the Guide is made available straight after payment, you cannot cancel your order after paying. We send a confirmation of this agreement to your email address with your order.

7. Refunds

All sales are final. We refund only duplicate charges and genuine payment errors (including a payment that succeeds without the Guide being delivered), as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If your file is faulty we will replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Your licence — what you may and may not do

When you buy the Guide you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not resell, share, upload, distribute, publicly display, give away or use the Guide (or your download links) to train AI models, in whole or in part, or present it as your own. All text, illustrations and design are protected by copyright. Download links are personal and are limited in time and number of uses; we may deactivate links that show signs of sharing or abuse.

9. Health and safety disclaimer

The Guide is for educational and informational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.

10. Our liability

We supply the Guide with reasonable care and skill and as described on our website. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Guide is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including your rights as a consumer in the UK, the EU, India, the United States or elsewhere.

11. Problems and complaints

If something goes wrong, please email [email protected] first — we aim to reply within 2 business days. Customers in India may also contact our Grievance Officer, who will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country where the law allows.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on the website when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
